Overview
We followed the design thinking process from persona to tested prototype, and mapped the full order journey before designing a single screen.
The challenge
Ordering depends on where the customer is. The app had to find the right store from a delivery location, then keep browsing, cart, payment and tracking simple for everyday shoppers.
Our approach
We mapped one flow from sign in to reorder: location, store, categories, product, cart, delivery slot and payment, confirmation, live tracking and feedback. Each step became one focused screen.
