Overview
People come to a real estate site with one question: what is available, where, and at what price. The homepage answers it with search before anything else.
The challenge
The company sells, rents and develops property, and also offers services and events. All of it had to live in one site without burying the listings people come for.
Our approach
Search sits at the top of the homepage with property type, price range, project, location and purpose. Listings, projects and services each got an index page and a detail page with the same structure.
What we designed
Three routes into the business, all starting from search.
Property search
Filter by property type, price range, project, location and sale or rent, with a map view.
Listings and projects
Sale, rent and inventory listings, plus project pages for the company’s own developments.
Services, events and careers
Service detail pages, an events page and a careers page, with contact always one step away.
NK Associate screens and flows
16 screens from the final design, grouped by the job each part of the product does.
