Overview
Businesses want AI document intelligence, but building a RAG system from scratch is slow and expensive. This platform lets any organization deploy document search without code, while keeping every tenant's documents, embeddings, and query history isolated and access-controlled.
The challenge
Serving many organizations from one system means isolation can't be an afterthought. Each tenant's data had to be separated at the database level, not just in the application, and admins needed fine-grained control over who can upload, query, and manage each collection.
Our approach
PostgreSQL Row-Level Security isolates every tenant at the database, role-based access controls each action, and hybrid retrieval over Qdrant combines vector and keyword search. PydanticAI keeps orchestration type-safe, with Claude Sonnet generating answers and OpenAI handling embeddings.
